High Temperature Indicator Labels

Overview
T-Col High Temperature Indicator Labels are self-adhesive thermochromic indicators designed to provide a visible and permanent record of heat exposure on products, equipment, and surfaces. These labels enable instant temperature verification without any measuring devices, helping reduce production waste, prevent equipment damage, and ensure consistent product quality.
When a defined temperature threshold is reached (typical range between 40–200 °C), the label irreversibly changes colour, giving a quick and reliable visual confirmation that overheating or a specific thermal condition has occurred.
The indicators are easy to apply directly to components, tools, or packaging, requiring no power, calibration, or maintenance.
Standard temperature ranges: Our typical temperature ranges are 40 °C, 50 °C, 60 °C, 68 °C, 84 °C 110 °C, 145 °C, 160 °C, 175 °C.
Standard packaging sizes: Our standard packaging sizes consist of 120 stickers. Other quantity available on request.
Tailor made: Temperature ranges: Specific temperature ranges and packaging sizes can be developed to meet your application needs.
Applications
Process and quality control, such as manufacturing, metal, plastic, and rubber production.
Monitoring heat exposure e.g. in defence, automotive, aerospace, and industrial components.
Overheating detection and diagnostics in electronic, mechanical, and battery systems.
Validation of thermal treatment and temperature exposure during production and testing.
Maintenance and safety inspections of machinery, tools, and equipment in harsh environments.
Key Advantages
Irreversible colour change – clear visual proof of critical temperature reached.
No power or electronics – fully passive and maintenance-free, no risk on cyber attacks.
Indicator labels are recyclable, e.g. with packaging and have minimal environmental impact.Fast and simple application – adheres to most surfaces.
Customizable size, indication (coloration) temperature, and graphic design.
Technical Specifications

Application: Direct placement on product or surface.
Storage: Stable under normal ambient conditions, if protected from UV radiation.
Stability: coloration remains / occurs for months after application of label if properly stored.
T- Col High temperature inks
Overview
T-Col High Temperature Indicators Inks are thermochromic inks developed to visually detect and record exposure to elevated temperatures in industrial and technical environments. Instant visual temperature detection helps prevent overheating, reduces downtime, and ensures reliable quality control across production, maintenance, and operational processes.
The indicator inks change colour irreversibly once a defined temperature threshold (typically ranging between 40 and 200 °C) is reached, providing a clear and permanent visual confirmation that the material or component has been exposed to excessive heat.
The ink is applied directly to metals, composites, ceramics, or other substrates by screen printing, brushing, spraying, or drop application, and can be adapted to specific materials or geometries.
The indicators function without any power source or electronic components, ensuring stable performance also in harsh environments.

Low Temperature Indicator Labels
Overview
T-Col Low Temperature Indicator Labels are self-adhesive thermochromic indicators designed to visually detect and record temperature exposure in cold chain, logistics, and sensitive storage environments.
When the defined temperature threshold is exceeded (typical range between 9-30 °C), the label irreversibly changes colour, providing a clear and permanent visual proof that a product has been exposed to undesired warming.
These indicators enable instant temperature verification without any measuring devices, helping reduce product waste, prevent financial losses, and ensure consistent quality control across the cold chain. After application they must be cooled and activated. Contact our team to help you with product usage.
They are easy to apply directly to packaging, containers, or transport units and require no power, calibration, or maintenance.

Standard temperature ranges: Our typical activation points are 9°C, 14 °C, 20 °C, 27 °C.
Standard packaging sizes: Our standard packaging sizes consist of 30, 60, 120, or 150 stickers.
Tailor made: Specific temperature thresholds and packaging configurations can be developed to meet your application requirements.
Applications
Cold chain monitoring in industries like, pharmaceuticals, and medicine.
Visual verification during transport, storage, or delivery.
Quality assurance for temperature-sensitive materials.
Documentation and claim verification in logistics and distribution.

T-Col Low Temperature inks
Overview
T-Col Low Temperature Indicator inks are thermochromic inks designed to visually detect and record temperature exposure in low temperature environments. Clear, visible temperature control reduces product waste, prevents financial losses, and ensures that every shipment remains safe and compliant throughout the cold chain.
The temperature indicator inks change colour irreversibly once a specific temperature threshold (ranges between 9 and 30 °C) is exceeded, providing a clear and permanent visual proof that an item has been exposed to undesired warming.
The ink is applied directly to packaging, containers, or other control points by screen printing, brushing, spraying, or drop application, adapting easily to different surfaces and materials. For such paint application to work properly, it must be protected from moisture.
The indicators operate without power or sensors, ensuring reliability even in complex storage or transport condition. Operation is initiated by activating the cooled indicator.
