At MyCol, we develop innovative thermochromic inks that permanently change colour when exposed to specific critical temperatures. Once the temperature threshold is reached, the colour change remains even after cooling, providing a clear and lasting visual record. These critical temperature indicators are produced as labels using conventional printing techniques, while certain inks can be applied directly to surfaces like rubber or metal, where labels are not feasible.
We utilize innovative materials and advanced manufacturing processes to develop high-performance thermochromic solutions, ensuring precision, reliability, and adaptability across various industries.
Our colour change technology is based on the so called leuco-dyes. Our unique know-how allows us to precisely tune indicators for a defined temperature range with excellent colour contrast and sensitivity. Our T-Col irreversible indicators provide a simple and reliable visual method for monitoring critical temperature thresholds. These self-adhesive labels—available in polypropylene, paper, or polyester—feature a printed design that permanently changes colour from white to a predetermined colour when exposed to temperatures exceeding the critical limit.

These inks are formulated for rubber, metal, plastic, and other materials, enabling seamless integration into production lines without the need for additional labelling.
Our thermochromic paints are available as raw materials for industrial printing and coating processes, offering manufacturers the flexibility to incorporate temperature-sensitive technology into their own products. These temperature-sensitive inks feature a 3–5 mm dot, providing a precisely tuned response essential for the reliable quality control of high-end rubber products.
